Proof of Life Checks and a Documentation MCP Server

Navro can now run proof of life checks before a pension or long-term payout goes out, confirming the recipient is still alive first. This release also updates SEPA address requirements for 12 countries and opens Navro's documentation to AI agents through a new MCP server.

Proof of life checks

Navro can now perform proof of life checks before a payout goes out, confirming the recipient is still alive before you pay them. This matters most for pension payouts, where paying a deceased beneficiary creates a compliance and recovery problem after the fact rather than before it. Contact your Navro representative to set it up.

SEPA payout requirements update

SEPA payouts to the following locations now require line 1 of the beneficiary's address and the city name: Åland Islands, French Guiana, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Guadeloupe, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mayotte, Martinique, Réunion, Saint Barthélemy, and the United Kingdom. Including this information in the correct format improves the odds of straight-through processing.

Cut-off times for payouts to some countries have also shifted in line with British Summer Time.

API reference, rewritten for clarity

We reviewed every page in the API reference. Endpoint titles and introductions are now written in plainer English, with more links to related documentation, so integrating with Navro's APIs takes less back-and-forth.

A documentation MCP server

If your team uses agentic AI to help with integration work, you can now connect it directly to Navro's documentation. Once connected and authenticated, your agents can search the docs or pull relevant endpoint details on demand.

Bug fixes

Fixed an issue where the Available balance column could display in the wrong order if multiple payouts landed at the same time. Also improved beneficiary search, so searching "John Doe" now returns only John Doe rather than every name containing John or Doe.
