London, 1 July 2026 – Navro, the payments curation platform that simplifies international payments, today announces the appointment of Tracey Gernon as CEO of Navro Europe.
Based in Dublin, site of Navro Europe’s headquarters, Tracey will drive Navro’s expansion across Ireland and Europe and oversee the firm’s international compliance framework in her new role. Prior to becoming CEO, Tracey was Navro Europe’s Chief Risk Officer where she was responsible for building out Navro Europe’s risk and governance infrastructure.
Aran Brown, CEO of Navro said: “Since Tracey joined the business, she has made a considerable impact. Thanks to her governance framework, Navro now processes workforce payouts for more than 200 large corporations and executes international payments for 1,700 pension schemes. Tracey brings a unique perspective to leadership, operating at the intersection of rigorous compliance and commercial ambition which will be vital as we continue to scale the business globally.”
Tracey Gernon, CEO of Navro Europe, added: “Risk leadership in B2B payments is routinely underrecognised, but crucially, it is the function that either unlocks or blocks market entry, enterprise deals, and fundraises. As Navro continues to extend its reach globally and we work towards our vision of providing access to the best payment services in every region of the world through one platform, it is an honour to become CEO of Navro Europe and continue driving the business forward.”
Gernon assumes the CEO role from FX and payments industry heavyweight, Joe Redmond, who had led the company in Ireland since 2023.
Brown added: “We’d like to extend our thanks to Joe for helping us to grow Navro Europe under his leadership. When Joe joined the business three years ago, we were a fledgling start up. His influence and impressive industry experience has played a vital role in shaking up the payments landscape since then as the company has evolved..”
