This cookie policy explains which cookies navro.com uses, why we use them and how you can control them. It applies to visitors to navro.com and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
"Navro", "we", "us" and "our" mean Navro Group Limited, which is responsible for this website, and the relevant Navro company acting as data controller. For UK, Canadian, Swiss and rest-of-world visitors that is Navro Payments Limited. For EEA visitors it is Navro Payments Europe Limited. For US visitors it is Navro Payments USA LLC.
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device when you visit. They let the site recognise your device, remember choices you have made and understand how the site is used. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as tracking pixels, tags and local storage.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them. First-party cookies are set by navro.com; third-party cookies are set by another company's service running on our site.
We use two categories of cookie. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics cookies are only set once you have agreed to them through our cookie consent tool.
Strictly necessary cookies
The site cannot work properly without these, so the law does not require your consent for them. We use them for account authentication, security and fraud prevention, remembering your choices in the cookie consent tool, and load balancing so pages stay available when traffic is high. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.
Analytics cookies
These tell us how many people visit navro.com, how they arrived and which pages they use. We use the information to improve the site and our content. Analytics data is reported to us in aggregate. Some analytics providers, including Google, are based outside the UK and EU (see section 07).
These are the cookies set on navro.com.

navro.com links to our LinkedIn and X pages, to Workable for job applications and, from time to time, to news articles and other external sites. If you follow those links, or use a page with a social media feature, that provider may set its own cookies or tracking pixels and collect data such as your IP address and the pages you visited. In some cases the provider may be a joint controller of that data with us.
We do not control third-party cookies. Check the provider's own cookie and privacy policies before you share information with them.
When you first visit navro.com, our cookie consent tool asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are not set unless you accept. You can change your mind at any time through the [CONFIRM: Cookie settings link in the site footer], and if you withdraw consent we stop setting analytics cookies from that point.
You can also set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when a site sets one. Instructions are on the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Google also offers a browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) that stops Google Analytics collecting your data on any site.
If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of navro.com may not work properly.
Some analytics providers process data outside the UK and EU. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards set out in section 5.4 of our Privacy Policy, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
We will update this policy when the cookies on navro.com change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
