Requirements

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed lead generation and meeting-setting targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential customers across Navro’s core verticals.
  • Create and optimise workflows, tools, and outreach methods (cold calls, emails, social media, and chat) to ensure efficiency and consistency across the team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, ensuring high-quality leads for the Sales team.
  • Train SDRs on effective questioning techniques to uncover prospect needs and qualify interest, while also providing product knowledge to help connect prospects to Navro’s value proposition.
  • Actively monitor and report on SDR activity metrics, ensuring proper tracking and updates within the CRM system and meeting/exceeding SLAs.
  • Participate in team meetings and prospect calls to support SDRs, provide feedback, and continuously refine their skill sets.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with high-potential prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement until opportunities close or are disqualified.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 2+ years of SDR experience, with 1+ year in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in technology and payments
  • Self-starter who is able to operate in a hyper-growth environment with minimal oversight
  • CRM experience
