Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Creating new leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings is your primary mission, in return, you can join those meetings to learn!
- Initiate contact with potential customers by calling or responding to inquiries generated by the Marketing Team, you’ll also have access to our platform to do your own research and market segmentation in our core verticals
- Execute your own strategy for the customer journey through cold calls, emails, chat and social media.
- Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest
- Present product information to customers once you have identified their needs and help translate that into the Navro product roadmap
- Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a closed opportunity and continually persist where you have strong conviction we can help
- Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts.
To be successful in this role you need:
- Track record of top performance or prior success in an SDR-related role (a minimum of 1-year experience required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in technology and payments
- Self-starter who is able to operate in a hyper-growth environment with minimal oversight
