IT Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our fast-growing FinTech!

Navro helps businesses smoothly navigate their growth into foreign markets by providing them with access to the best payments infrastructure around the world through one contract and one API. You will play a pivotal role as we scale Navro from Series A to Series B and beyond.

The Role

About the role:

  • Provide world-class 1st- 3rd line support to end-users on both macOS and Windows
  • Support and administer IT systems including Jamf, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, etc
  • Support and administer corporate network & AWS infrastructure
  • Support the execution of core infrastructure projects from inception to delivery
  • Build and optimise scalable solutions & workflows to support the business
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to improve existing solutions & workflows
  • Work closely & collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation to resolve technical issues and identify solutions
  • Assist and provide technical expertise to develop, deliver, and support company-wide projects
  • Produce high-quality technical and user-centric documentation

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience managing and supporting macOS/Microsoft systems
  • Good knowledge of endpoint MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, etc)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft cloud infrastructure (Intune, Autopilot, Azure, Entra, Exchange, etc)
  • Expert knowledge of cloud collaboration software such as Office365 and Google Workspace etc
  • Good knowledge of security hardening principles in line with CIS industry standards
  • Expert knowledge of security and auditing software, experience with ISO27001 and SOC2 are essential
  • Good knowledge of Bash & PowerShell scripting
  • Good knowledge of network technologies including firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLANs, and wireless networks
  • Good knowledge of installing, servicing, and supporting meeting room AV communication equipment
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality technical & user-centric documentation

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience supporting high-profile (VIP) customers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced scaling company
  • Experience working in the Fintech industry
  • Foundation knowledge of Python scripting
  • Good knowledge of Confluence & Jira
